Press this button to create a new composition
You can also create a new composition by pressing Ctrl + N

Change the composition name
Change the duration to [0;00;02;00]
Change the background to [000000]
Click OK

Press Ctrl + I to import the file

Select this footage
Drag and Drop to the Timeline panel
Press Ctrl + Alt + F to adjust the scale to fit the composition

Enter [Curves] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Click [Channel] list box to change to [Red]
Click [Channel] list box to change to [Blue]
Click [Channel] list box to change to [Green]

Click [Layer] on the menu bar, select [New] and select [Adjustment Layer] to create an Adjustment Layer

Enter [Emboss] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Enter [CC Composite] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Change the value of the [Relief] property to [8,0]
Change the value of the [Blend With Original] property to [5,0]
Click [Composite Original] list box to change to [Overlay]
Hold down the Alt key and click the stopwatch icon in the [Relief] properties to add expression [wiggle(2,3)]

Press Ctrl + Y to create a New solid Layer
Change the name
Click OK

Enter [Fractal Noise] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Change the value of the [Contrast] property to [400,0]
Change the value of the [Brightness] property to [-40,0]
Click on [Uniform Scaling] checkbox
Change the value of the [Scale Width] property to [1,0]
Change the value of the [Scale Height] property to [1500,0]

Enter [Directional Blur] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Press Enter key to apply the effect

Change the value of the [Direction] property to [0,90]
Change the value of the [Blur Length] property to [400,0]

Enter [Venetian Blinds] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Change the value of the [Transition Completion] property to [93%]

Press this button and select the type tool
You can also change to the type tool by pressing Ctrl + T
Change Font settings

Change the fill color to [FFFFFF]
Click OK

Press Ctrl + Alt + Home to center the anchor point
Press Ctrl + Home to center the object relative to the anchor point

Enter [Emboss] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Enter [Tint] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Enter [CC Composite] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Change the value of the [Direction] property to [90,0]
Change the value of the [Map Black To] property to [E2063F,0]
Change the value of the [Map White To] property to [07B6FE,0]
Change the value of the [Blend With Original] property to [5%]
Click [Composite Original] list box to change to [Overlay]
Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;00;05]
Create a keyframe at [Relief]
Change the value of the [Relief] property to [2,0]

Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;00;15]
Change the value of the [Relief] property to [15,0]

Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;00;25]
Change the value of the [Relief] property to [5,0]

Press Shift + Ctrl + C to quickly Precompose a layer or set of layers and rename to [Glitch]
Click OK

Press Ctrl + Y to create a New solid Layer
Change the name
Change the Color
Click OK

Press Ctrl + Shift + [ to move the selected layer to the Bottom

Press numeric keypad [1] to select a layer
Add properties from this button
Select [Character Offset] properties

Add properties from this button
Select [Opacity] properties

Change the value of the [Opacity] property to [0,0]
Change the value of the [Character Offset] property to [15,0]

Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;00;00]
Create a keyframe at [Start]

Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;01;00]
Change the value of the [Start] property to [100,0]

Press numeric keypad [2] to select a layer
Click this switch to show or hide layers

Press Shift + Ctrl + C to quickly Precompose a layer or set of layers and rename to [Map]
Click OK

Enter [Fractal Noise] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Click [Noise Type] list box to change to [Block]
Click on [Uniform Scaling] checkbox
Change the value of the [Scale Height] property to [60,0]
Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;00;00]
Create a keyframe at [Scale Width]
Change the value of the [Scale Width] property to [500,0]

Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;00;05]
Change the value of the [Scale Width] property to [700,0]
Hold down the Alt key and click the stopwatch icon in the [Scale Width] properties to add expression [loopOut()]

Switch Glitch composition tab
Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;01;00]
Press Ctrl + Shift + D to split Layer
Press Delete key

Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;01;10]
Press Ctrl + Shift + D to split Layer
Enter [Displacement Map] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Press Enter key to apply the effect

Click [Displacement Map Layer] list box to change to [Map]
Press Alt + Shift + J to move the indicator to [0;00;01;00]
Create a keyframe at [Max Horizontal Displacement]
Change the value of the [Max Horizontal Displacement] property to [20,0]
Change the value of the [Max Vertical Displacement] property to [-10,0]

Ctrl + Right arrow key (➝) 2 times to move indicator 2 frames later
Change the value of the [Max Horizontal Displacement] property to [-20,0]

Ctrl + Right arrow key (➝) 2 times to move indicator 2 frames later
Change the value of the [Max Horizontal Displacement] property to [50,0]

Ctrl + Right arrow key (➝) 2 times to move indicator 2 frames later
Change the value of the [Max Horizontal Displacement] property to [-30,0]

Ctrl + Right arrow key (➝) 2 times to move indicator 2 frames later
Change the value of the [Max Horizontal Displacement] property to [70,0]

Press U to display only properties that have keyframes
Press Delete key
Press F9 to apply Easy Ease

Press Ctrl + D to duplicate
Enter [Fill] in the Effects/Presets search box to search
Double click to apply the effect

Change the value of the [Color] property to [F86C00,0]
Press U to display only properties that have keyframes
Alt + Right arrow keys 1 time to move keyframes 1 frame later

Press Ctrl + D to duplicate
Change the value of the [Color] property to [1B2EC5,0]
Alt + Right arrow keys 1 times to move keyframes 1 frame later or earlier

Press Ctrl + D to duplicate
Change the value of the [Color] property to [8241F8,0]
Alt + Right arrow keys 1 time to move keyframes 1 frame later or earlier

Switch Tokyo composition tab
Change the Mode to [Screen]
Change the Mode to [Screen]
Press Ctrl + 0 to show or hide the Project panel
Select this footage
Drag and Drop to the Timeline panel
Press the Home key to move the indicator to 0
Press Spacebar to preview
